Do we offer the option of customization for stuffed toys?
Currently, we are unable to provide the option of customization of plush toys for single orders. We offer customization and cooperate branding only for bulk orders in wholesale.
How do I track my order?
Usually, we provide a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. However, sometimes depending on your location, we might have to choose an alternate logistics partner which do not provide a tracking number. Rest assured, we always track our outgoing orders till they reach our customers.
What are some other places where I can find these products?
You can find our products on multiple retail stores, super markets and gift shops. Additionally, our products are available on some ecommerce partner website like Amazon and Flipkart as well.
