We are committed to provide 100% satisfaction to all our customers and ensure that each product is well examined before shipping, however, if there is any issue related to the quality or safety of our product, we would be happy to assist you. In case of any manufacturing defect, please follow the following process for us to evaluate the case.
Submit a return application:
Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and briefly explain your issue with the product. Please include as much information as possible, including pictures of the defect, if relevant. After you submit your initial return application, we will get in touch with you via your preferred mode of communication for further steps.
- The replacement can only be replaced with the original goods in the order. If the order is wrong, please return the goods directly.
- If you need to inspect the reported goods, you will also need to provide an inspection report.
- Pictures and information are for reference only. Due to inconsistencies such as shooting lights and chromatic aberration of different monitors, there may be a slight difference between the product image and the actual product, and everything is subject to the actual product.
